Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment using major UK debit and credit cards. We are not able to accept cards issued outside the UK, please call us and we will be able to advise you.
We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, and we will email you when your order has been despatched.
In the event that circumstances beyond our control cause a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All plant orders are despatched using a guaranteed next business day service, and will be despatched Monday to Thursday to be sure your plants are not in transit across the weekend.
Gift orders will be despatched on a 2 to 3 day service, where possible and practical we may include your gifts with any plants that you may have ordered, otherwise they will be despatched separately. |
Delivery Schedule We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. To ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition our carriers will deliver your plants the next working day. If you require your order to arrive on a specific day so that you can arrange for someone to be there please let us know in the notes field when you place your order.
We will confirm your delivery date by email. |
| Back Orders We currently do not accept back orders if the plants are not in stock, please email us and we can advise when the next batch of plants are ready for shipping. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the standard rate of VAT is applied and is included in the price. |

Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Remittance Terms If you choose to send a cheque with your order, place your order online, this will reserve your plants. Make cheques payable to Longcombe Nursery, please print the order confirmation and enclose a copy with your cheque.
Your plants will be despatched when your cheque has cleared. We will email you to confirm the delivery date. |
