Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment using major UK debit and credit cards. We are not able to accept cards issued outside the UK, in this instance please complete the order on line and select an alternative payment method, following the on screen instructions.
We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may place your order and send your debit or credit card information to us via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
We will email you when your order has been despatched.
In the event that circumstances beyond our control cause a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All orders are despatched using DHL guaranteed next business day.
Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday to be sure your plants are not in transit across the weekend.
You may specifically request delivery for your order on a Saturday, a surcharge will be applied.

Delivery Schedule If the products you require are in stock, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours. To ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition our carriers will deliver your plants the next working day. If you require your order to arrive on a specific day so that you can arrange for someone to be there please let us know in the notes field when you place your order.
Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge.
We will confirm your delivery date by email. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Remittance Terms If you choose to send a cheque with your order, place your order online, this will reserve your plants. Make cheques payable to Longcombe Nursery, please print the order confirmation and enclose a copy with your cheque.
Your plants will be despatched when your cheque has cleared. We will email you to confirm the delivery date. |
